The Follow Your Moyo trip
In 2023 we expressed our dream: travel on our beloved continent Africa for a longer time without a fixed schedule, but only a wishlist of counties to visit. In 2026 live this dream. Our Moyo, the Toyota Landcruiser HZJ78 2001, is shipped to Cape Town. After flying in we travel South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and who knows other countries. We travel by ourselves but are open to join fellow travelers with 4×4 bakkies to routes we come by, especially when they are challenging.

I am very content with simple travel and enjoying wildlife and wild scenery. A bullet list of destinations is not really my thing. Camping is my preferred way of staying overnight.
